Anniversary Appeal

GDance are celebrating our 20th Anniversary and the launch of our Anniversary Appeal!
We are hoping to raise £20,000 to help continue our work within disability, dance and the community.

Dance Unstuck (2016)

GDance is currently producing online teaching resources for ballet teachers in partnership with Ballet Cymru, the Royal Academy of Dance, Jurg Koch and Linda Virgoe Academy.

Dance Unstuck is a GDance legacy programme, which responds to learning over the past two years from Stuck in the Mud residencies and performance projects.

Stuck in the Mud (2013 & 2014)

GDance, Ballet Cymru and The National Trust collaborated on a unique dance journey through historic settings - contains interviews with Artistic Director Marc Brew, artistic collaborators and professional and community dancers, and behind the scenes footage.  Filmed at Hidcote Manor Garden in The Cotswolds, Blackfriars Priory in Gloucester and The Riverfront Theatre in Newport.

Arts Inc Lab (September 2012)

GDance and Art Shape supported 12 local disabled and non-disabled artists to explore new collaborations and artistic ideas at Blackfriars Priory in Gloucester

Ignite Disabled Artists Training Course & National Event, National Star College (June 2011)

GDance Professional Short Films

GDance produced and co-produced 4 short films in 2010 and 2011 and 2 more in 2013.
